Client Objectives

Increase the number of registrations on the DHL Express Lithuania website. Target group: small and medium-sized businesses looking for reliable and efficient logistics solutions.

Work done

  • The website has integrated the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which allows for targeted monitoring of user behavior on the site and optimization of advertising campaigns.
  • Conversion tracking has been implemented, providing the ability to clearly see how advertisements affect the number of registrations.
  • Audience segmentation: this helped to reach the target group more efficiently with tailored content.
  • Lookalike audiences have been created, allowing the reach of similar users who are not yet DHL customers but have similar interests and needs.
  • A 3-stage advertising tunnel was developed: this approach included engagement, traffic and registration stages to gradually engage potential customers in the registration process.

Results

  • Increase in registrations compared to last year - 500%.
  • The Click-Through Rate (CTR) indicator increased from 0.78% to 4.2%. The rise in CTR indicates that the created content and advertising were relevant to the target audience.
  • Successfully growing LinkedIn's audience based on the behaviour of its visitors. This means that DHL Express has not only increased registrations on the site, but will also be able to use valuable visitor data for future campaigns.
